Information collected automatically — we use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service. It records aggregated, anonymized data such as pages visited, referring site, approximate region, and device type. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.

How We Use Your Information

To respond to inquiries, quote requests, and questions
To provide freight estimates and follow up on leads

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How We Share Information

We share information only with the service providers that run the site, strictly to operate it:

Supabase — hosts our database and file storage
Resend — delivers transactional emails (e.g. notifying our sales team when you submit a form)
Vercel — hosts the site and provides the cookieless analytics described above

These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Data Retention

We retain inquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary for business and customer-service purposes. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing sales@trovocrate.com.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
